In 1964, the organisation of exhibitions began. This was not yet done in the current Cultural Wing on the right side, but in the main building. Since 1964, more than one million people have found their way to the exhibitions at Slot Zeist. Currently, changing exhibitions are organised throughout the year.
Guided tours of the Style Rooms of Slot Zeist
A guided tour of Slot Zeist is an experience. Experience the noble atmosphere of yesteryear and stroll through the beautiful Style Rooms of the Castle. Guides from the Stichting ’t Gilde Zeist will take you to the rooms of the Castle that are normally off-limits and tell you about the history, architecture, and residents of the Castle.
The Brasserie is the ideal place to pause after a walk or bike ride through the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Come for a nice cup of coffee with homemade cake, enjoy an extensive lunch with a bowl of soup and a sandwich or salad, or end the afternoon with drinks and snacks. You are most welcome!
In the Brasserie, you can enjoy a delightful English High Tea from 2:00 PM, featuring the famous Figi patisserie, various savoury snacks, sandwiches, and a selection of teas. An afternoon of catching up with friends over delicious treats and sweet delights. Come and enjoy in style!

Picknick in de tuin van slot Zeist gedaan. Heerlijk gegeten en het was meer dan genoeg. Jus d'orange en water ook bij de prijs inbegrepen. Voor de bolderkar betaal je een borg van 50 euro eigen picknickkleed mee, je zoekt een leuk plekje in de tuin en genieten maar.
Hele leuke informatieve rondleiding gehad van een gids van het gilde door slot zeist! Hij wist erg veel interessante dingen te vertellen over de geschiedenis van het slot en zijn bewoners! Aanrader!
Mooi slot met een mooie tuin. Wordt zeer goed onderhouden. Mooie plek om even weg te dromen.
Mooie locatie, vergaderzaal nu wat koud. Verder alles prima, incl. lunch
