Restaurant SAAM, Hoek van Holland
‘The men of Saam’ are seasoned hospitality tigers. Jasper and Wouter both started at a young age in the Darlingmarket in Rijswijk. Here they first tasted the beautiful profession in hospitality. While the two began as dishwashers and primarily frolicked together in the dishwashing area at a young age, serious work soon came around the corner. The young boys quickly had to help out in the snack bar, the grand café, and the coffee corner, allowing them to develop rapidly.
After various hospitality jobs, the two brothers started in 2015 at what was then still called “Bellagio”. The brothers closely witnessed the development of the lovely ice cream parlour into a cosy family restaurant. When the opportunity arose in 2018 to take over Saam, the brothers did not hesitate for a moment and fully embraced this challenge.
After years of working in this lovely restaurant, the two brothers got the chance to take it over in October 2018. They naturally went for it wholeheartedly.

Leuke zaak, atente bediening. Redelijke prijzen. Kwaliteit redelijk, jammer van een doorgeslagen kogelbiefstuk. Rest oké.
