Tasting Menu

At restaurant De Kluizenaer, we use as many fresh and local products as possible.
Our Tasting Menu is inspired by everything that is currently growing, grazing, and swimming around us… We work with as many local vegetables, herbs from our own garden, the freshest fish, shellfish from the North Sea and the Oosterschelde, and local game – or less wild meat in season.

Every day we have a changing lunch menu.
You are welcome from 12:00.

Dinner

Fish, shellfish, and crustaceans come directly from the auction in Yerseke. The same goes for our vegetables, meat, and dairy; but we also collaborate as much as possible with Zeeland suppliers for wines, beers, coffee, tea, and olive oil. All this beauty from the region is complemented by herbs and spices from around the world.

In addition, we would love for you to enjoy a nice cocktail, a homemade digestif, or a good glass of champagne.

  Wij hebben een geweldige avond gehad. Erg lekker gegeten en super bediening. Wijn arrangement ook per halve glazen beschikbaar. Tasting menu is een aanrader. Prijs kwaliteit perfect.

  Wat een geweldige ervaring om bij de Kluizenaar te eten. De smaakcombinaties en de keuze van de verschillende wijnen; echt een geweldige ervaring.....het één vult het andere aan. Een aanrader als je eens iets wat anders wil!!! TOP AVOND.

  Wij hebben de volledige menu gekozen. Zeer fijne bediening, lekkere wijnen en zeer lekker eten. Met kers op de taart waren onze 2 hondjes ook welkom. Wij waren hier met vakantie maar komen zeker nog eens terug!
